Is my holy angry just more religiously dressed arrogance?

Are the sins of others hardening your heart or softening it?
If we let the darkness of others sins turn our own hearts dark- we all lose.
"May Allah guide me, and guide them" is a dua a teacher taught me that really hit home.
Guidance is a gift. Knowledge is a gift.
When we say things like "how could they, why would they" are we forgetting it is only by Allahs Grace we are not doing the same.
10 times a day minimum, we recite surah Al Fatihah
"Guide us the straight upright way.
The way of whom you have bestowed your grace"
10 times a day, we ask for guidance .
10 times a day, we acknowledge that we can only be on the straight upright path, with the grace of God being bestowed on us.
And 10 times a day we are reminded that we could fall into the category of those who have earnt rath or of those who went astay.
This is supposed to humble us. Its supposed to scare us that we could be one of those people.
We are meant to be reminding ourselves of this a minimum of 10 times a day.
Let seeing the sin of others soften your heart and turn back to Allah. Not harden it.
